About Me

- I am a second grade teacher. I moved to Jacksonville in 1995 from Fort Myers, FL. I went to Mandarin High School and then on to UNF to get my bachelor's in Education focusing on Prek-3rd. I started teaching in January 2002 at Garden City Elementary in the 3rd grade and the following year moved down to 1st grade. Then two years later I moved to the new school down the street, Biscyane Elementary School where I taught first grade for the next four years. Then I decided to make a change and move closer to home. So I interviewed at different schools and got a job teaching second grade at Parkwood Heights Elemenatry since 2007.
